Testing Your Camera and Microphone

Before entering the event, you can check if your camera and microphone are working correctly on the preview page.

1. Click on the 'OFF' button displayed on the screen to change the status of the microphone to 'ON'.

2. Speak out loud to see if the pink border changes according to the microphone input volume.

3. If your face is not displayed on the screen or the pink bar does not change when you speak, please check if the correct device is selected.

If your camera does not display correctly, or the pink border does not change when the microphone is turned on, it may be due to the camera and microphone permissions not being allowed in the Chrome browser. Please refer to the following help guides for how to allow camera/microphone permissions:
