Checking Internet Connection Speed

For a stable youmeOn live experience, an environment with an internet speed of over 100Mbps is recommended.

You can test your current internet speed at https://speedtest.net. If your internet speed is not sufficient, we recommend moving to an environment with higher internet speeds to participate in the event.

If the internet speed is not sufficient, you may experience interruptions in video and audio.

How to Check Internet Speed on Speedtest.net

1. Visit https://speedtest.net and click the [GO] button in the center of the screen.

2. Please review the measurement results.

For stable service use, an environment with both DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD speeds over 100Mbps is recommended. In environments below 100Mbps, intermittent video and audio interruptions may occur. In environments below 10Mbps, normal use of the service is not possible. We advise moving to a place with better internet conditions to use the service.
