(Mobile) How to allow camera/microphone permissions

VIP ticket holders must allow camera and microphone permissions to participate in streaming.

 

Are you using a Chrome browser?

youmeOn is optimized for Chrome browsers. Please join the streaming after installing a Chrome browser (Android / iOS) on your device.

 

To allow camera/microphone permissions on an Android device

1. Please check if camera and microphone permissions are allowed in your phone settings.
   
   1. Select 'Settings > Application > Chrome'.
   2. Go to 'Permissions', then set the camera and microphone options to "Allowed".

2. When entering the live event, click 'Allow' in the pop-up asking for camera/microphone access.
   ※ You must allow both camera/microphone permissions.
   
   
   
3. If you have blocked camera/microphone permissions, change them to Allow by resetting permissions.
   
   1. Click the 'Lock' icon on the address bar.
   2. Click "Permissions", then set the camera and microphone to "Allowed".
      ※ If you still can't see your screen after allowing camera permission, please refresh it.
      

To allow camera/microphone permissions on an iOS device

1. Please check if camera and microphone permissions are allowed in your phone settings.
   
   1. Select 'Settings > Chrome'
   2. Then allow the camera and microphone access.
      
      
2. When entering the live event, click 'Allow' in the pop-up asking for camera/microphone access.
   ※ If you don't see the pop-up, try refresh the page.
   
3. If you have blocked camera/microphone permissions, you can reload the page to allow permissions again.
