Can you tell me more about the support message?

It is a message that can be sent to the streamer, and can be viewed by going to "My account > Participating live event > Send a support message" after purchasing a ticket.

Once the support message is submitted, it cannot be modified, and only deletion is possible. Therefore, please be careful when submitting the message.

(Additional submissions are not possible once the support message is deleted.)
