(PC) How to allow camera/microphone permissions

VIP ticket holders must allow camera and microphone permissions to participate in streaming.

 

Are you using a Chrome browser?

youmeOn is optimized for Chrome browsers. Please join the streaming after installing a Chrome browser on your device.

 

To allow camera/microphone permissions on Windows

1. Please check if the camera/microphone permissions are allowed in your window settings.
   1. Select 'Start' > 'Settings' > 'Privacy'
      
      
      
   2. Access to the 'Camera' and make sure to turn on "Allow desktop apps to access your camera" option.
      
      
      
   3. Then, access to the 'Microphone' and make sure to turn on "Allow desktop apps to access your microphone" option.
      
      
      
2. Click the 'Lock' icon on the left side of the address bar.
3. Then, allow camera and microphone options. 
   ※ If you still can't see your screen after allowing the permission, try refresh the page.
   
   
   
4. Alternatively, click 'Site settings', then allow camera and microphone options.
   
   
   
   

 

To allow camera/microphone permissions on Mac

1. Please check if the camera/microphone permissions are allowed in your system preferences.
   1. On your Mac, click the Apple icon  and open 'System Preferences' > 'Security & Privacy' > 'Privacy'.
      
      
      
      
   2. Go to 'Camera', then select 'Google Chrome' to allow access to your camera.
      
      
      
   3. Then go to 'Microphone' and select 'Google Chrome' to allow access to your microphone.
