Ticket Cancel and Refund Policy

1) Live event is canceled or postponed to a later date.

• Full refund

2) Cancellation and Refund by a simple change of mind. 

• Cancellation requests for purchased live event tickets can only be made up to 3 days (72 hours prior) prior to the event.
• 3 days before the start of the live event: full refund
• 2 days before the start of the live event: no refund

There is no cancellation fee deducted for ticket cancellation.

May take 1 to 30 business days from the date of cancellation request depending on the payment method. Please contact the payment method’s Customer Service for more information and questions.
