Refunds for ‘GEM’, the paid currency on LiNC, are available only if the GEM has not been used after purchase.
Please follow the steps below based on your app store.
[Apple App Store]
1. Open the ‘App Store’ app
2. Tap your profile at the top right
3. Tap ‘Purchase History’
4. Select the item you want to refund
5. Tap ‘Report a Problem’ at the bottom
6. Choose ‘Request a Refund’ and select a reason to complete the process
[Google Play Store]
1. Go to the refund request page
2. Click ‘Continue’ at the bottom
3. Confirm your account > click ‘Confirm’
4. Select the item > click ‘Continue’
5. Choose a refund reason > click ‘Continue’ to complete
[Important Notes]
- Refunds are only possible if the GEM purchased via in-app payment has not been used.
- Refunds are not allowed if more than 7 days have passed since the purchase date, regardless of usage.
- It may take up to 3 days to process your request, and refunds may be restricted based on App Store policies.
- GEM purchases and refunds follow the policies of each App Store.
- If you violate our Terms of Service, such as repeated abuse or fraudulent cancellations, your GEM may be withdrawn and service access restricted.
