If you are unable to save photos or videos sent by an artist, please check the following:
1. Check app permissions
Settings > Apps > LiNC > Permissions
Make sure Photos & Videos / Files & Media are set to Allow.
2. Check storage access and available space
Saving may fail if your device storage is full or access is restricted.
3. Restart the app
Fully close the app and try again.
4. Reinstall the app
If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
On some devices, saving may be restricted even if permissions appear to be enabled.
π Additional Note
After changing to a new device, permission settings may not be properly applied.
If the issue continues, please contact customer support with your device model and OS version.
