1) If the live event is canceled or postponed to a later date.

• Full refund

 

2) Cancellation and Refund for a simple change of mind

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the event.
• Until 3 days prior the live event: full refund
• Until 2 days prior the live event: no refund

 

There is no cancellation fee deducted for ticket cancellation.Depending on the payment method, it may take between 1 and 30 business days from the date of cancellation request to the date of refund. Please contact the payment method’s Customer Service for more information and questions.
