Notice of Changes to LiNC Shop Refund Policy (19.7.2025)

To ensure stable operation of the LiNC Shop service and establish clearer refund guidelines, we are making the following partial changes to our refund policy. We kindly ask for your understanding.

• No fee applies to cancellations on the same day of purchase
• Refunds are not available after the cancellation deadline
• Timeframes are calculated based on the event date
• Partial cancellations follow the same criteria
• Cancellation fees are deducted from the refund amount

2.2 Refund and Cancellation Fee Policy

1. Reserved tickets may be canceled directly through the customer center before the cancellation deadline set for each ticket.
2. The Company may set different sales and cancellation deadlines depending on each ticket or event, and these deadlines may be subject to change by the event organizer.
3. In accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. For cancellations outside the 7-day withdrawal period mentioned in Clause 3, cancellation fees may vary depending on the product and may be deducted from the refund amount. The cancellation fee policy is subject to change with prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, the following rules apply:

  (1) No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 10 days before the event.

  (2) For cancellations made 1 to 9 days before the event, the following fees apply. Even within 7 days of purchase, if the cancellation is made less than 10 days before the event, cancellation fees apply as follows:

• For cancellations made 9 to 3 days before the event
  • Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, the following fees apply:
    • Until 7 days before the event: 10% of the ticket price
    • Until 3 days before the event: 20% of the ticket price
  • 2 to 1 days before the event: 30% of the ticket price
  • Within 24 hours before the event starts: Cancellations are not eligible.

  (3) Refunds are based on the ticket amount after deducting the cancellation fee.

 

5. When multiple tickets are purchased, the cancellation policy in Article 4 applies even to partial cancellations.
