Notice of Establishment of GEM Terms of Service

We would like to inform you that a new GEM Terms of Service will be established in relation to the provision of paid digital items (GEM) within the LiNC service.
The new terms will include key provisions regarding the definition of GEM, purchase and usage methods, refund policy, and validity period.

• Effective Date: June 12, 2025

If you do not express your intent to refuse the newly established GEM Terms of Service by the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the GEM Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the GEM Terms of Service, you may terminate the service agreement by withdrawing your membership.

• How to cancel your membership

1. Disconnect the LiNC Service
   1) Login → 2) Member information → 3) Connected Service ➝ 4) Service management ➝ Select ‘LiNC’ ➝ Delete all data
2. Unregister STAYGE ID
   1) Login → 2) My Account → 3) Account setting → 4) Personal information  → 5) Unregister
