Presented LIVE Service Guide

To watch live events, please follow the instructions below.

1) Log in with the account where you purchased the ticket.

• Please double-check whether you have logged in with your email and password, or through a social account such as Google, Facebook, or KakaoTalk, when purchasing your ticket.
• Many people ask that they cannot log in or that they cannot see the purchased ticket after logging in, but most of them are caused by attempting to log in differently than when purchasing the ticket.
  (Example: If you try to log in with [e-mail] and password after purchasing a ticket by logging in to Google social login with your [e-mail] account, you will not be able to log in because the account is not created with the email. Please log in with Google social login.)

• Sometimes, you may have entered an incorrect email address when you sign up. (Example: Entered gmail.con instead of gmail.com) In this case, since you may not remember the wrong email address you had entered when signing up, you need to contact customer center to correct the email.
• If you contact the customer center regarding the login issue right before the event, you may not receive the answer from us before the event is finished. Please make sure you log in correctly at least one day before the event.
• Please understand that it is difficult to cancel or refund tickets if you cannot watch the event due to your mistake mentioned above.

 

2) Access the event page. 

• Please log in and access the event page.
• The event page is the page where you purchased the ticket.
• If you do not have the link to the event page, you can go to the event page by clicking your ticket in [My Tickets] in the [Home]-[Account] screen.

• After accessing the event page, if you see a 'You have a ticket' message as shown below, you are ready to enjoy the event.

 

3) Check the video player at the start time of the event.

• Typically, the video player opens on the event page 30 minutes to 1 hour before it starts.
• If you don't see the player, try refreshing the page just before the event starts.
• When the video player is opened, the video player and chat window are displayed on the page as shown below. Before the start of the event, a countdown is displayed in the video player.
• In general, the video is played automatically when the event starts, but if the video does not play automatically, please refresh the page.
