Notice: Amendment to the Presented LIVE Service Terms of Use

We would like to thank all of our members using the Presented LIVE service.

Please be informed that Presented LIVE Service Terms of Use will be amended as follows. (There is no significant change in the operation of the Presented LIVE service.)

1. Reason for the Amendment

• On September 2, 2022, in "the notice to the users of Presented LIVE service regarding the personal information transfer," we informed that the service provider of the ‘Presented LIVE’ will be changed from STAYGE Labs, Inc. to CJ ENM Co., Ltd. as of October 4, 2022. However, the change of the service provider was canceled.

Article 1. (Purpose) The purpose of the Presented LIVE Service Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of individual users and CJ ENM (hereinafter referred as the “Company”), as well as the procedures, conditions, and additional requirements, in relation to the use of the Presented LIVE service (hereinafter referred to as “Presented LIVE”, or “Service”) provided by the Company.

Article 1. (Purpose) The purpose of the Presented LIVE Service Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of individual users and STAYGE Labs, Inc. (hereinafter referred as the “Company”), as well as the procedures, conditions, and additional requirements, in relation to the use of the Presented LIVE service (hereinafter referred to as “Presented LIVE”, or “Service”) provided by the Company.

3. Effective Date: January 27, 2023

If you do not agree to the amendment of Presented LIVE Service Terms of Use, you may cancel your membership.
