The live streaming video may not play automatically even though it's time to start the event, or the sound may turn off when the video is played. This happens because your browser detects your usage of Presented LIVE service and limits the automatic playback of the video. (especially in Google Chrome browsers)
- This doesn't usually happen to most customers who log in to Presented LIVE service and enjoy the event.
- If the number of your video playback is significantly smaller than the number of times you have visited Presented Live service, your browser measures the Media Engagement Index (MEI) of our site and may limit automatic playback of sound-based videos in your browser. In this case, the video may not play automatically at the start of the event, or the playback may start with the sound muted. For more information on this situation, please refer to the Autoplay Policy document of Google Chrome.
If this happens, you can solve this situation as below:
- Please press the play button on the video player or refresh the page.
- When the video is played but no sound is heard, please adjust the volume control on your video player and turn off the mute.
